Rice flour contains in a small amount various macro-and microelements: phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium, manganese, zinc, iron, copper, selenium. The benefits of rice flour are due to vegetable protein, which has a complete amino acid composition, which is necessary for the normal functioning of the human body. In addition to mineral substances, it also contains starch, fiber, mono- and disaccharides.
