Our company, Kaskad Ltd., was founded in 2001 and we have been producing gluten-free flour for eighteen years. The product range during this time has steadily increased, and today we produce 12 types of flour, 3 types of flour "Manka" and 5 types of baking mixes:

Our technologists created special product-line with the desired properties:
Standart - standard grinding, humidity up to 15,5%
Texture - undergoes special heat treatment, humidity up to 9%
Super and Super+ - for baby food, with pure microbiology; 
Special - with the specified properties at the request of the client.
We control the quality of products very carefully and we pay special attention to monitoring the availability of gluten in flour. The control is carried out in two stages:
1. Input control of raw materials.
2. Control of finished products.
At the enterprise, the analysis is carried out using the RIDA-QUICK Gliadin test system manufactured by R-Biopharm Germany, external control is carried out in the SE Poltava Regional Scientific and Technical Center for Standardization, Metrology and Certification accredited in accordance with the requirements of ISO / IEC 17025: 2006.
